The Grace Room
The Grace Room provides an elegant option for rehearsal dinners, with space for a seated meal and plenty of room for toasts. With seating for up to 170 guests, it accommodates both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations with ease. Its tall windows and hardwood floors create a bright, welcoming atmosphere that feels both celebratory and refined. Guests can enjoy the sense of occasion while still feeling comfortable and connected.
The Social Room
The Social Room is well suited for cocktails or a buffet-style dinner, offering flexibility and ease, with room for up to 30 people. Natural light and historic details add charm, while the open layout keeps the evening relaxed. It’s a space where guests can mingle freely and enjoy conversation before the wedding day begins.
The Hearth Room
The Hearth Room sets a cozy tone for rehearsal dinners with its fireplace, bar, and intimate alcoves. It’s a natural fit for smaller gatherings of up to 32 seated or 65 standing for cocktails and dessert following a meal upstairs. The warm character of the room encourages conversation and makes the evening feel personal and inviting.
The Outdoor Patio
The Outdoor Patio extends rehearsal dinners into the fresh air, offering a relaxed, open setting. Guests can gather for cocktails, conversation, or even a casual meal surrounded by the quiet scenery of Lancaster County. Whether decorated with lights or kept simple, the patio adds a memorable touch to the evening.
What's Included?
Venue 272 was designed with events in mind. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, creates an inviting and timeless atmosphere that blends seamlessly with any event style.

- Select the caterer and vendors of your choice, as long as they're licensed and insured (we can provide recommendations)
