The answer is yes.
Venue 272 includes a variety of tables and white chairs that can be arranged to fit your event. Whether you're planning a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation party, corporate event, networking event, or nonprofit gathering, we'll work with you to create a layout that fits your needs.

Can We Choose Our Own Floor Plan?
Absolutely.
Venue 272 offers sample floor plans to help you visualize different layouts, but you're not limited to those options. We'll work with you to arrange the tables and chairs in a way that best fits your event, guest count, dance floor, buffet, DJ, presentation area, or other special needs.
How Many Guests Can Venue 272 Seat?
The Grace Room can comfortably accommodate up to 130 seated guests.
Your final seating capacity may vary depending on your event layout, including whether you'll have:
- A dance floor
- Buffet tables
- A DJ or band
- Presentation equipment
- Additional guest tables

Outdoor Ceremony Space
Our outdoor lawn provides a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies and other outdoor gatherings.
Many couples choose to use the included white chairs for both their ceremony and indoor reception, helping reduce the need for additional rentals.
Outdoor Games
Enjoy two cornhole sets that are available for your event. They're a fun addition during cocktail hour, receptions, graduation parties, networking events, and other outdoor gatherings.

Kitchen and Prep Areas
Venue 272 offers both an upstairs kitchenette and a larger downstairs kitchen, giving caterers convenient spaces for food preparation throughout your event.

Portable Sound System
Venue 272 has a portable sound system available for basic audio needs, such as background music or announcements during smaller events.
For weddings, larger celebrations, and events with dancing, most clients choose to bring in a DJ or professional sound system.
Do We Need to Rent Tables and Chairs?
For many events, no.
Venue 272's included inventory is sufficient for most weddings, showers, corporate events, and private celebrations.
If your event requires additional seating, specialty furniture, or unique décor, you're welcome to rent additional items from the rental company of your choice.
Are Linens Included?
Table linens are not included with your venue rental. This gives you the flexibility to choose the colors, fabrics, and styles that best match your event. Many couples enjoy selecting linens that complement their wedding colors and décor.

How many guests can Venue 272 accommodate for a wedding?
The Grace Room, our upper-level event space, seats up to 125 guests. The lower-level Historic Hideaway is ideal for smaller gatherings of around 30 people, or it can be used as a lounge and cocktail space alongside larger events upstairs.
Can We Arrange the Tables However We Want?
Yes. We'll work with you to create a floor plan that fits your event. Sample layouts are available, but you're welcome to customize your setup.
Can the Same Chairs Be Used for the Ceremony and Reception?
Yes. Many couples use the same white chairs for both their outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.
Do You Provide Specialty Furniture?
Venue 272 provides the tables and chairs listed above. If you're looking for specialty furniture or décor, you're welcome to work with a rental company.
Can We Bring in Additional Tables and Chairs?
Yes. If your event requires more seating or specialty furniture than our inventory provides, you may bring in rented items.
