Banquet Spaces
Venue 272 offers four distinct spaces that can be arranged to suit the flow of a banquet. Hosts can combine them for a multi-course evening with cocktails, dining, and dessert, or select a single room that matches the occasion. Each space has its own strengths, giving you the flexibility to create the right experience for your guests.
The Grace Room
The Social Room
The Social Room adds flexibility to banquets, serving as a cocktail area, buffet setup, or gathering space before or after the main meal. With room for about 30 people, its bright character and adaptable layout make it easy to design around the flow of the evening. Guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere that complements the more formal tone of the Grace Room.
The Hearth Room
With space for approximately 70 guests, the Hearth Room provides a warm setting for banquet guests to unwind, with its fireplace, bar, and cozy alcoves. It’s a natural fit for cocktail hours, dessert service, or smaller group conversations after the main meal. The inviting atmosphere encourages people to linger and connect.
The Outdoor Patio
The Outdoor Patio brings a fresh dimension to banquets, offering open-air space for mingling, refreshments, or photos. It can be styled for a casual extension of the event or decorated to carry through a formal theme. The patio’s relaxed charm balances the structure of a banquet with an easy place to gather outdoors.
What’s Included?
Venue 272 was designed with events in mind. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, creates an inviting and timeless atmosphere that blends seamlessly with any event style.
- Use of all or part of the venue, with options including the Grace Room, Social Room, Hearth Room, and Outdoor Patio
- Select the caterer and vendors of your choice, as long as they’re licensed and insured (we can provide recommendations)
- Provide your own alcohol (you must use a licensed bartending service)
- Seating for up to 125 guests, with tables and chairs included
- Sound system with speaker and microphone for announcements.
- Catering prep kitchen
- Complimentary parking for guests
