The Grace Room
The Grace Room is the heart of Venue 272, offering a chapel-style setting with tall windows, vaulted ceilings, and restored hardwood floors. With seating for up to 125 guests, it’s ideal for ceremonies, receptions, and larger gatherings. The adjoining side room, outdoor patio, and on-site kitchen add convenience and flexibility to your celebration.

The Social Room
Bright and welcoming, the Social Room is filled with natural light that highlights its historic details, and has space for up to 30 people. Its open layout works beautifully for cocktail hours, buffet dining, or guest mingling between events. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and original cabinetry give the room both character and charm.

The Hearth Room
Located on the lower level, the Hearth Room provides a warm, relaxed atmosphere that complements weddings and receptions upstairs. With space for up to 70, guests can gather around the fireplace, enjoy private alcoves for conversation, or mingle at the full bar. A convenient prep kitchen makes the space ideal for cocktails, desserts, or a lounge-style setting.

The Outdoor Patio
