The Grace Room
The Grace Room is the heart of Venue 272. Restored hardwood floors, tall windows, and vaulted ceilings give the space a light, open feel, while its historic character adds depth and warmth. With seating for up to 125 guests, it’s well-suited to wedding ceremonies, receptions, and larger gatherings. An adjoining side room and outdoor patio provide additional flexibility, and a kitchen on this level makes catering simple. The Grace Room carries the presence of a century-old chapel yet offers the comfort and function needed for today’s events.
The Social Room
The Social Room at Venue 272 is a bright, versatile space with tall windows that flood the room with natural light and highlight its historic character. Restored hardwood floors and a high ceiling add warmth and openness, while original built-in cabinetry provides both function and charm. With space for up to 30 people, the room works beautifully as a gathering area for cocktail hours, buffet-style dining, or casual mingling between events. The Hearth Room
The Hearth Room spans the lower level of Venue 272 and provides a warm, relaxed setting that complements wedding receptions upstairs. With room for about 70 people, couples often use it for cocktail hours, dessert service, or as a lounge space where guests can take a break from dining and dancing. The Hearth Lounge offers cozy seating around a working fireplace, while the Hearth Nooks create private alcoves for quiet conversation.
