Holiday Parties Spaces
Venue 272 includes four distinct spaces that can be arranged to fit the style and size of any holiday celebration. Each area offers its own personality, giving hosts the flexibility to create an event that captures the spirit of the season.

The Grace Room
The Grace Room is a bright, open setting for seated dinners, dancing, or entertainment during a holiday party. Its high ceilings and hardwood floors give it a sense of occasion, while seating for up to 125 guests makes it well-suited to larger gatherings. With space for dining and celebration, it’s the centerpiece of a festive evening.

The Social Room
The Social Room works beautifully for mingling over cocktails or setting up a holiday buffet for up to 30 guests. Its historic details and natural light create a cheerful atmosphere, and its adaptable layout makes it easy to decorate with seasonal touches. Guests can move comfortably between this space and the Grace Room, keeping the celebration lively.

The Hearth Room
The Hearth Room provides the cozy feel that many people associate with the holidays. A working fireplace, full bar, and inviting alcoves make it perfect for cocktail hours, desserts, or smaller-scale celebrations of up to 70 guests. The warmth of the room adds to the festive mood and encourages relaxed conversation.

The Outdoor Patio
The Outdoor Patio extends the party into the open air, whether for a winter-themed cocktail hour or simply a breath of fresh air during the evening. It’s a versatile space that can be styled with lights or seasonal décor to match the celebration indoors. Guests enjoy the option of stepping outside while staying connected to the event.

What’s Included?
Venue 272 was designed with events in mind. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, creates an inviting and timeless atmosphere that blends seamlessly with any event style.
- Use of all or part of the venue, with options including the Grace Room, Social Room, Hearth Room, and Outdoor Patio
- Select the caterer and vendors of your choice, as long as they’re licensed and insured (we can provide recommendations)
- Provide your own alcohol (you must use a licensed bartending service)
- Seating for up to 125 guests, with tables and chairs included
- Sound system with speaker and microphone for announcements.
- Catering prep kitchen
- Complimentary parking for guests
