Event Spaces
Venue 272 features four versatile spaces that can be adapted to a wide range of corporate needs. Each room offers its own advantages, allowing businesses to create an event that’s functional, engaging, and well-coordinated.

The Grace Room
The Grace Room is ideal for larger corporate gatherings, with seating for up to 125 guests. Its tall windows and open layout create a bright, professional setting for presentations, award ceremonies, or company-wide meetings. A nearby kitchen and breakout room add convenience for catered meals or smaller discussions.

The Social Room
The Social Room works well for networking sessions, breakout discussions, or buffet-style dining during corporate events of up to 30 people. Its adaptable design makes it easy to reconfigure for workshops or informal gatherings. Natural light and historic details bring a distinctive character to the business setting.

The Hearth Room
The Hearth Room provides a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for networking or post-meeting receptions of up to 70 attendees. With a fireplace, bar, and cozy alcoves, it encourages conversation and connection. A full kitchen supports catering needs, making it easy to host both casual and professional gatherings in this space.

The Outdoor Patio
The Outdoor Patio offers an open-air setting that’s well suited for cocktail hours, networking breaks, or team-building activities. Guests can step outside for fresh air without interrupting the flow of the event. The patio adds variety to corporate gatherings and complements the indoor meeting spaces.

What’s Included?
Venue 272 was designed with events in mind. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, creates an inviting and timeless atmosphere that blends seamlessly with any event style.
- Use of all or part of the venue, with options including the Grace Room, Social Room, Hearth Room, and Outdoor Patio
- Select the caterer and vendors of your choice, as long as they’re licensed and insured (we can provide recommendations)
- Provide your own alcohol (you must use a licensed bartending service)
- Seating for up to 125 guests, with tables and chairs included
- Sound system with speaker and microphone for announcements.
- Catering prep kitchen
- Complimentary parking for guests
