Anniversary Party Spaces

The Grace Room
The Grace Room is ideal for marking milestone anniversaries with a formal dinner or elegant reception. Its tall windows, hardwood floors, and chapel architecture create a refined atmosphere that elevates the celebration. With space for up to 125 guests, it’s perfectly suited to dining, dancing, and heartfelt toasts.

The Social Room
The Social Room works beautifully for mingling and conversation during an anniversary party. It can serve as a cocktail area before dinner, a relaxed space for a buffet, or simply a spot where guests gather between moments in the larger celebration. With space for up to 30 guests, its bright character and adaptable layout make it easy to shape around the flow of the evening.

The Hearth Room
The Hearth Room offers a warm, intimate setting for marking years of love and commitment. With room for up to 70 guests, it’s an inviting choice for cocktails, dessert, or a smaller-scale anniversary party. Featuring a fireplace, bar, and comfortable atmosphere, the space encourages guests to relax, connect, and enjoy a gathering that feels both cozy and celebratory.

The Outdoor Patio
The Outdoor Patio adds fresh air and open space to anniversary celebrations. It’s a natural fit for cocktail hours, cake cutting, or simply giving guests the chance to enjoy Lancaster County’s scenery. Whether decorated with lights for evening gatherings or left simple for daytime events, the patio extends the celebration in a relaxed, inviting way.

What’s Included?
Venue 272 was designed with events in mind. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, creates an inviting and timeless atmosphere that blends seamlessly with any event style.
- Use of all or part of the venue, with options including the Grace Room, Social Room, Hearth Room, and Outdoor Patio
- Select the caterer and vendors of your choice, as long as they’re licensed and insured (we can provide recommendations)
- Provide your own alcohol (you must use a licensed bartending service)
- Seating for up to 125 guests, with tables and chairs included
- Sound system with speaker and microphone for announcements.
- Catering prep kitchen
- Complimentary parking for guests
