This Photo & Video Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Venue 272 (“Venue”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) who is hosting an event at Venue 272.

  1. Permission to Use Photos & Videos
    The Client gives Venue 272 permission to use photos and videos taken during the Client’s event that show the event space, décor, guests, and activities (“Images”). This includes images taken by Venue 272, its staff, or its approved vendors. This permission is non-exclusive, meaning the Client may also use the images however they wish.
  2. How the Images May Be Used
    Venue 272 may use the Images for normal business purposes, including but not limited to the Venue 272 website, social media (such as Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms), and online and printed marketing materials. The Images will never be used in a misleading, offensive, or inappropriate way.
  3. No Payment or Compensation
    The Client understands and agrees that they will not receive payment or compensation for the Venue’s use of the Images.
  4. Client Authority
    The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have the authority to sign this Agreement, and understand that guests attending the event may appear in photos or videos taken at the Venue.
  5. Release of Claims
    The Client agrees not to make any claims against Venue 272 for the use of the Images as allowed under this Agreement.
  6. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  7. Entire Agreement
    This document represents the entire agreement regarding photo and video use and replaces any prior discussions or agreements on this topic.
The Client confirms that they have read and agree to this Photo & Video Release Agreement.
